- All subscriptions are billed on a quarterly (3-month) basis, unless otherwise stated. - Subscription validity begins immediately upon successful payment. - Users will receive renewal reminders before the current term ends.
We accept the following payment options: - UPI / Net Banking - Debit/Credit Cards - Bank Transfers - Payment Gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Instamojo – if applicable) All payments are processed in INR and subject to 18% GST as per Indian tax regulations
After each successful transaction: - A detailed invoice will be emailed to your registered email address. - You may also request a copy via [team@innosaas.io].
- Currently, subscriptions do not auto-renew. Users will be notified when their plan is about to expire. - Renewal must be manually processed before the expiry date to ensure uninterrupted service.
If your payment fails: - Access to your account may be suspended after a 7-day grace period. - You will be notified via email or WhatsApp to complete payment to resume services. - INNOSAAS.IO is not liable for data loss due to account deactivation from non-payment
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the unused period.
- You may upgrade your plan anytime by paying the difference. - Downgrades are only applicable at the time of the next renewal cycle. - No credit or refund will be applied for downgrading within an active cycle.
- GST invoices are issued in accordance with Indian tax laws. - Users must provide a valid GSTIN (if applicable) during the checkout process to claim input credit.
