1. Introduction

Welcome to our Agency Affiliate Program. This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and code of conduct expected from all affiliate partners. Our goal is to build a transparent and ethical ecosystem that rewards genuine efforts and long-term contributions.

2. Commission Structure

20% Commission on all new referrals (exclusive of GST). Commissions are applicable only on new clients referred through your unique affiliate link. Renewals, upgrades, or existing user accounts are not eligible for commission.

3. Who Can Participate

Only active users of our platform who understand the system and are able to support new users ethically. Ideal affiliates are those who genuinely want to help others succeed using our platform and tools.

4. Zero Tolerance Policy

To maintain integrity, we strictly prohibit: Commission Sharing Deals Offering to share part of your commission with the referred party is strictly prohibited. If detected, both accounts (referrer and referred) will be permanently removed from the affiliate program. Influencing Within Community Agency Affiliates must not solicit or influence other active agencies in our ecosystem to sign up through their referral link. Doing so will lead to immediate disqualification. Any Form of Malpractice Using manipulative tactics to gain referrals or simulate new sign-ups for the sake of commissions will not be tolerated.

5. What You Can Do

Promote ethically:Focus on new prospects—coaches, agencies, freelancers, and marketers who are new to our ecosystem. Educate & Guide:Genuinely help users understand the value of the system and assist them in getting started. Encourage Growth:Once your referrals experience the value, encourage them (ethically) to upgrade and even become affiliates themselves.

6. Transparency & Reporting

We maintain robust tracking to monitor affiliate performance. Commissions are calculated and disbursed monthly. Affiliates can track their referrals and commission reports through their dashboard.

7. Violation Consequences

We believe in fairness, but also enforce a zero-tolerance policy on violations: First Offense: Immediate removal from the affiliate program with loss of pending commissions. Repeated Offense or Severe Breach: Permanent ban from all partner/affiliate opportunities with us.
